Sora is a mountain community in the district of Chame, at 19 km (11 miles) from the Panamerican Highway. This town offers cool temperatures and natural surroundings. Moreover, on the way to Sora, you can enjoy several natural wonders, especially rivers. Los Cajones de Chame, a steep canyon formed over hundreds of years is one of them. Furthermore, in the center of Sora, there are two large grocery stores, selling wine as well! Also, a large hardware store for your house projects. If you are hungry for some local food, there are a couple of restaurants. One of them sits on the side of a hill where you have nice ocean and mountain views: Senderos.
Sora is just a 25-minute drive to Coronado Beach and other public beaches.
